Selling a home is an intensely personal matter. For me, helping you sell your home is a serious responsibility. My record shows that only customized seller services will produce the best results.
The custom approach begins with my proprietary “3 Ps” system. The “three Ps” are Pricing, Preparation, and Presentation. They form the framework of my systematic approach to selling a home. Having a framework in place allows me to focus on the variables. The variables are the market health, the home’s location and condition, and the homeowner’s reasons and motivations for selling.
These variables demand what Germans call “Fingerspitzengefühl.” Loosely translated, that means having a delicate feel in your fingertips. That’s what it takes to know how to deal with the particulars of a property and the personal circumstances of a home seller. I tailor my services to suit each customer.

A unique service to my listing customers is the Personal Real Estate Portal – PREP. Think of it as an online meeting and storage place for all the information needed to prepare your home for sale.
Technology plays an important role, such as in the collection of market data and in the presentation of a home’s location from the air. The data, however, is only useful when the personal, expert analysis leads to the correct listing price and when a drone is directed to take pictures with some purpose. Where technology has shown itself to be most useful is in the transmission and digital signing of documents.

With decades of strategic and practical experience in graphic design, copywriting, advertising, and branding, I’m approaching each home’s listing as a new creative challenge. Social media is an integral part of my customized seller services. The extent and role it plays vary with each property. Timely Facebook and Instagram posts get the attention of buyers while a home is listed. Social media is especially useful in announcing open houses.

From July 2028 to March 2019, I listed and sold nine homes. They were on the market an average of eleven days. Three sold over list price, five for the asking price, and one below list price. My last five listings in 2018 sold on average for 2.1% over list price after being on the market for an average of 7 days. Going back to 2016, my listings sold on average for 4.1% over list price after being on the market for an average of 9 days.
This may explain why in 2018, I was named again, and for the seventh year in a row, one of Seattle’s top-four-percent real estate agents. My custom seller services had a lot do with that.
