Northwest Retreat
Seattle Real Estate | Gerhard Ade
Zillow just called your listing a Northwest Retreat.
Even better, Zillow just counted your listing among the five most beautiful listings in the entire country. Specifically, Zillow’s email subject line read: “Five homes we are drooling over”
Zillow’s email: “5 homes we are drooling over”
“Every once in a while we come across a home that leaves us speechless. Good thing emojis can fill in the blanks while we pick our jaws off the floor.”
Zillow called it The Northwest Retreat and added “What we love, it was built in the 1950s but looks like a star and new thanks to upgrades.”
Don’t miss the video and the virtual tour of this Northwest Retreat.
To call it upgrades is an understatement. Everything, except the foundation, is new.
Escaping Seattle? Your private park and pool awaits.
Now I’m done with bragging. This is really a PSA. If you or someone you know seeks refuge from less peaceful places 😉, look no further. When public parks are closed and community pools are off-limits, you now have a place to go. When working from home will become more the norm, you will have an extraordinary office. When you want to launch your boat just a mile away or take your RV across the mountains, you have a place to store both.
In light of my last month’s View from the Street Newsletter, the above doesn’t lack a certain irony. The title was “What Zillow Knows” …and it began with What did Zillow NOT know about this Bothell Westhill home? Well, they caught up quickly and I’m grateful that my listing was honored as a Northwest Retreat in this fashion and I hope that offers will not be far behind.
